Ich sehe den Effekt nicht richtig, da mein Instanz-Admin dies bequem als eigene Subdomain anbietet.

Die Software an sich gruppiert super nach Boosts, mehreiligen Posts und abonnierten Hashtags. Das Zitieren kompletter Posts ist möglich. Für jede URL im Post wird eine Vorschau angezeigt.

hey @phanpy, I'm using the "Easy Way" installation and I can't figure out how to set configs/env variables for it, such as PHANPY_CLIENT_NAME, PHANPY_WEBSITE, PHANPY_LINGVA_INSTANCES, PHANPY_GIPHY_API_KEY et al.

is there a way of doing that or is it something only possible if I build from source?

Phanpy might well be my current favourite (web) client for Mastodon.

I had been using Woolly, a beautiful iOS app, which sadly has been abandoned by the dev, and elk.zone, a well-designed web client.

Recently discovered #PhanpySocial with a slick UI and two unique and amazing features : Boosts Carousel and Catch-up

And once again grateful for the #phanpySocial boost carousel feature and the catch up feature

Boost carousel puts all the toots that got boosted in a little slider that moves across the screen and I can skip past it to see the post that people I follow made instead

The catch-up feature made it really easy this morning to catch up on your posts and stuff while easily filtering out all the boosts

Heute zum ersten Mal @phanpy als Mastodon-Client probiert.

Oh boy, was für ein frischer Wind in der Welt der Mastodon-Apps. Reine Web-App, die sich in der Bedienung nicht sonderlich von nativen Apps unterscheidet. Neu gedachte UI-Konzepte, die Sinn ergeben, wie das Separieren von Boosts aus der normalen Timeline.

Direkt mal als Shortcut auf den iPhone-Homescreen gelegt, um es neben dem ebenfalls sehr guten @IceCubesApp zu probieren.
