Slowly getting there.... 5 pounds down, and back up to 4 miles on my usual running route.
After slacking for most of the first half of the year, I'm now stuck making a concerted effort to drop the 15 pounds I gained in that time.

This video reminded me of Murray, a tuxedo cat who had me for a number of years.
He had a great appetite and a greater desire to be able to cover an entire toilet seat with his body.
