I'm always flabbergasted when people are so used to their stupid and useless process and do it just for process sake and can't even see what the issue with that is.
Doesn't matter if it's e.g. stupid German doctors documents or the crazy colleague only doing the 5 minute fix after properly creating a Jira ticket and bothering a whole team with it, which takes 5 times as much resources. Amazing.
I hope people tell me when I do something strange like that.
