I was frustrated by a lack of progress so I gambled on the shop the phone is currently at and it did pay off. I'm waiting for the follow-up repair to be completed so payment isn't needed immediately, but I firmly believe I have narrowed it down to the two shops that won't screw me over like the other two have. The quote below says it all. The system here is so broken there's nothing to DEAL with people with poor mental health rather than just recycling them and having the police constantly put them in custody/jail. Mental health workers in this province would much rather say "I'm not paid enough to deal with this shit."
