Second album released in 1972. Great bluesy rockin’. Very enjoyable throughout.
This particular cd is the notorious ”remixed” version released in the 80’s. Drums indeed do sound a bit weird in the mix. Apparently all of their early records got this kind of treatment when released on cd for the first time. Oh well.

Ein netter Artikel über den #Computerviren-Experten #BerndFix, dem ich noch Unterlagen zum #Physikpraktikum an der #GeorgAugustUniversität #Göttingen aus den Jahren 1983/84 schuldig bin. Der #ZZtop-Fan programmierte bereits fleissig auf Rechnern der #GWDG, als ich noch über den #Mathematik-Übungsblättern von #Grauert und #Patterson brütete.
Seine damalige Sicht, Computer & #Software zum Werkzeug einer humaneren Welt machen zu können, traf meine Skepsis.

Pre-production recording #engineer Linden Hudson was very involved in the early stages of this song's production.

BTW people who only know #ZZTop from their more widely recognized bangers - i.e. "Eliminator" & later, though they started hitting the charts 4 albums earlier - may not be aware just what a versatile & amazing #guitar player Gibbons is & how talented & nuanced the trio actually was (sadly, bass player Dusty Hill passed away in 2021) 
In fact, after playing with Gibbons when he was very young, Jimi fucking Hendrix called him the greatest guitar player in the world - that's some serious praise!
