So apparently the University of Connecticut's Daigle Labs (from the school of business, natch) has a fascist apologist, overt transphobe as 25% of its executive team. Sebastian Schepis is a bigoted asshole, block and report. Do not reply to the linked thread please, Tilly has enough on her plate. I'm just wondering how tolerant of bigotry is Medium.

Edited update: Seems as if the account has been suspended, or possibly just blocked from most people's instances. Schepis remains on staff at Daigle Labs, and Daigle Labs remains extremely weird and suspicious.

Requiring people to put in extra effort so that they don't make you feel bad by calling you the name you feel like instead of the name you look like is a 100% guarantee you'll make everyone else mad. This is so basic even children immediately intuit this.
