As an observant listener of Mykhailo #Sheitelman's live podcast has pointed out, Trump administration, or at least Trump's envoy to #Russia #SteveWitkoff, has indirectly claimed that #Kursk is #Ukraine: in his interview to Tucker Carlson, Witkoff claimed that #Khrushchev, who was born in Kursk oblast, was Ukrainian.
The ignorant idiot tried to claim that Khrushchev gave Russian lands to Ukraine, and instead admitted that even some lands Russia kept to itself after WW1 were ethnically Ukrainian.

#Khrushchev once said that one of his greatest accomplishments as leader of the #SovietUnion was when he promoted #Malenkov to director of a hydroelectric power plant in Kazakhstan and #Kaganovich to director of a potash works in the Urals: he didn't kill them, as #Stalin would have done in his place.
