To understand the shadow #fleet let’s rewind to 2022. #Russia launched its full-scale #invasion of #Ukraine, and the West responded with economic shockwaves. #Sanctions were imposed, Russian #oil was banned, and a price cap was introduced. For #russia this was a disaster.

At the #TorontoSceptres’ 2024 home opener glamg33k snapped their excellent view, from between the penalty boxes and the visitor’s 1st and 3rd net, before Toronto defeated Boston 3-1.

They play the #Fleet 6 times a season, Toronto leads the series 2-1, and only have 1 game left in Canada. #HNOM

Six Russian #oil #tankers, which are still under construction, were included in the U.S. sanctions list on Moscow’s #shadow #fleet, according to Reuters.

It was the first time the White House imposed sanctions on the tankers before they began operating or carrying sanctioned #cargo.

2024 wrapping up, looking #PWHL #hockey season, with 6 games so far, the #Montreal #Victoire in 1st place with 13 points. How is that possible? Well unlike #nhl , each regulation win is 3 pts, overtime win 2 pts & overtime loss 1 pt. A regulation loss is 0 pt. The #victoire has the lowest goal against at 14 (2.33 GAA) but not the most goals for. That is #2 #minnesota #frost with 22 (3.66GFA)
