Aistiherkät hoi! Oletteko löytäneet hiljaista sähköhammasharjaa käyttöönne? Mulla on huomenna hammaslääkäri ja veikkaan, että taas saan vahvan suosituksen sähköhammasharjaan siirtymisestä (mulle kertyy todella helposti hammaskiveä). Mulla olikin sähköharja jonkin aikaa, mutta se aiheutti pörinällään samanlaisia tuntemuksia kuin hammasammattilaisten laitteet pöristessään, tietty vähän lievemmässä mittakaavassa. Noh, onnistuin ehkä hiukan passiivis-aggressiivisesti pudottamaan vempeleen tarpeeksi monta kertaa vessan kaakeleille, joten peto kuoli. Mutta ehkä vielä pitäisi yrittää… saa suositella! Mulla ääni on se pahin triggeri. Missään ei kai ole äänetöntä sähköhammasharjaa?

Je vous souhaite une merveilleuse journée pour ceux qui la commence, et nuit pour ceux.lle.iels qui comme moi vont bientôt rejoindre le sommeil magique.

Auriez vous des #TriggerswWarning et indispensables selon vous dans le #fediverse ?
Notamment avec l’option de cache warning flouté et l’usage des hashtags pour faciliter le respect des filtres sujet/mot clefs des utilisateurs. Et aussi je veux bien apprendre sur l’écriture respectueuse. Je parle de moi au masculin alors que je me suis considère femme, et je dis il ou lieu de elle et inversement.

En fait je ne sais pas du tout les règles de prudence en communication émotionnelle et intellectuelle car j’ai évolué dans un milieu où on y faisait peu attention.

Métaphoriquement je suis une un champi-herisson donc ma nature peut être piquante ou d’une complexité presque psychédélique. Par exemple en apprenant ce qu’est un manga seinen aujourd’hui, j’ai compris que ma vie est un seinen d’où l’anxiété permanente que je peux ressentir dans les interactions sociales alors comment ne pas être un compte seinen agressif (piquant) qui penses à la protection des shojo et shonen needs ? (Complexité de chacun)

J’aimerai apprendre à vous respecter. Pouvez vous m’aider à comprendre le langage de cette toile s’il vous plaît 🙏🏽

I rarely get triggered these days, but when I do it pushes me to a near meltdown.

People who are rude, mean, or self- centered are narcissists. Anything that hurts you is trauma. actual psychology: Gaslighting is an elaborate strategy where you are manipulated to question your reality, memory, or sanity - not just a disagreement over what happened. A trigger is something that causes a sudden increase in symptoms - like flashbacks in PTSD or compulsions in OCD. A 'trigger is not just a source of general discomfort. Everyone has some narcissistic traits, and many people are unpleasant or ab*sive without being narcissists. Narcissistic personality disorder is a clinical diagnosis, and it doesn't always lead to ab*sive behavior. Anything that overwhelms your ability to cope can be traumatic. Trauma has long- lasting impacts and it goes beyond ordinary adversity. Something being hurtful isn't automatically trauma.
