This photo is from the same line in a different part of <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/Biederitz?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Biederitz</a>. This 500m (0.3mi) <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/railroadBridge?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#railroadBridge</a> across the Elbe floodplain and the Ehle river has become a listed <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/bridge?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#bridge</a> and even has its own Wikipedia page (in German). It was built in 1846 and large parts of it are still original. It was closed in 1998 and is now barricaded due to deterioration, but the bridge continues to be a prominent landmark in the area. You can spot it in the background of some of my sunset photos. 😉<br>
