Dr_Bombay<p>Working on another attempt on that Breadtopia.com recipe for the Bavarian Seeded Sourdough that I made a couple weeks ago (This is the one with the soy sauce &amp; sesame seeds). I am continually disappointed by losing all my overnight rising progress when transferring a dough from banneton to oven, so this time I’m goinge rogue, and planning on baking it in a large Pullman pan.
