Now NY is stuck with the fascist corrupt lacky. "Pulling the Stefanik nomination is a triple whammy for Trump. It makes him look weak because it shows he’s afraid of losing the House. It reinforces the narrative that he is loyal to no one but himself. And it allows China to gain influence at the UN while the Ambassador post remains vacant." Weak. Weak. Weak.

#NY has a #ShieldLaw that is intended to protect #AbortionProviders who send medications to patients in other states.

New York is 1 of 8 states that have enacted “telemedicine abortion shield laws” after #SCOTUS overturned the national right to an #abortion in 2022. The laws prevent ofcls from extraditing abortion providers to other states or from responding to subpoenas & other #legal actions…

The action by the NY court is the first time that an abortion shield law has been used.

Moments after taking this shot a tree came sliding down the icy gorge mere feet away from me. Needless to say I packed my gear up as fast as I could to get out of there. A very scary moment at Stony Brook State Park and one I'll never forget. This was back in 2010 and I learned real quick, there is a reason why they close trails off. If a trail is closed, don't be a young me, stay off! At least I got a nice photo out of it🙃
