If you use Apple Quicklook in the Finder to review your RAW files (pressing space bar) don't upgrade to macOS 15.4! It has broke for me. Seeing other reports online as well. Just get a black window unless you resize it and then the image appears

Well this is an “interesting” user interface design decision by #apple in their latest updates to #macOS 15.4 and #iOS 18.4.
They will enable automatic updates for the OS unless you very carefully read the last “update completed" message and don't click/tap the enticing “continue” button but instead click on the less enticing “only download automatically" option.
Feels a bit disingenuous to me.
One of the few skeuomorphic views in macOS that have survived to this day. Can you think of any others?
