My #knitting mojo is still really low. But at least I managed to finish one sock that I started ages ago. A bit more sock knitting and a nice mystery ... and my weekend is set.

Very happy with how these are coming along. I haven't done colourwork for a while, and never on socks. I completely avoided it for a while after burning myself out reading endless charts, but repeating patterns are much nicer. Tension around the bend is tricky, but now it's just stockinette and Scavengers Reign until the cuff.
I'll be making two pairs, since it's for a wedding present. I got started early so I don't have to do both pairs in a row. I may even foray into summer #knitting!

Pretty much just stole the stitch pattern from Belle de Jour by Natalia Vasilieva and shoved it into my usual #knitSock recipe

Nu op naar de volgende fase en dat is komend weekend op een proeflapje meerderen met M1L en M1R (dat is nieuw voor me en moet om en om voor de raglan-meerderingen).
En checken of ik dit deel van het patroon snap, in wat ze zeggen over “elke tweede naald” en elke “vierde naald”.
Maar dat gaat lukken want ik ga me niet weer zo lang laten blokkeren - verdorie.
Er hangen hier nu tekstballonnetjes met “hoera, zie je wel dat je het kunt!”
Hoera! Ik had een enorme blokkade op het meerderen na de 16 cm boord en m’n breiwerk lag minstens een maand naar me te staren met tekstballonnen erboven “stop maar, je kunt dat niet” en “je gaat het verpesten”.
Maar nu eindelijk een helder hoofd en die meerderingen gedaan en dat stelde dus geen drol voor 
Alleen een helder hoofd en goede moed en steekmarkeerders (en een dubbelcheck bij @cynthiastreef of ik de juiste meerdering-steek had).
