Calling all those who signed up for the Baa Baa Brighouse Agatha Christie Book Club - Murder On The Orient Express - it's time for the big reveal!

Introducing 'Murder On The Orient Express', a 100g skein of hand dyed Aran Tweed Wool. There are two skeins in each box.

Included in the box is a copy of the HarperCollins hardback edition of the book, a postcard, a pin badge and a bookmark.

Boxes are already on their way. Happy knitting!

I'm excited to introduce my newest colourway: Villa Borghese! Inspired by the lush, historic gardens in the heart of Rome, this blend of soft greens, sunlit golds, and earthy browns captures the charm of wandering shaded paths and admiring centuries-old sculptures.

Dyeing this colourway felt like painting a memory of warm, late-afternoon walks — the kind where time slows down, and you notice every dapple of sunlight and every rustling leaf. The result is a yarn that feels organic yet elegant, perfect for projects that celebrate nature’s subtleties.

Forgot to take progress pictures for #wipwednesday , that's why you get a crappy 5am-before-leaving-for-work picture. :lol:
This pattern is a pure variation of SC stitches. I can't work too long on it because quite honestly, SC stitches bore me, that's why I am normally drawn to the complex lacy patterns. Nevertheless... the braiding for this one is very cleverly constructed. I'm using my Cthulu Advent 2024 Krakenyarns handdyed yarn and it's really wonderful. :heart:
