And back. I have been done exercise. Still tired. Different sort of tired though. Gonna have a #CuppaTea now. How many calories does a four mile walk burn off? It has got my step count for the day up to about fourteen thousand. Although six thousand of that was just from work from last night, so it isn't that impressive.
