I'm back home from my awesome trip to the great 5 National Parks in Utah.
Back to reality. So I rode my #ebike to this evening's park board meeting. It was just starting to snow on the way there. But by the return trip it was snowing a very wet snow heavily. Good thing I was dressed for it and my new winter cycling jacket repels wet snow very well. Each way was just over 4 miles, so a light start, but I'll ramp it up as time and weather allow.

Bisschen früh für die Kollegen, aber 2 von den Viechern verirrten sich grad zu mir in den Dachboden.
Zum Glück war das längliche Saunahandtuch auf dem Rad griffbereit, so dass ich die Mücken von Dachschräge zu Dachschräge peitschen konnte. Fühlte mich grad ein wenig wie Elastigirl von The Incredibles :o)

When I left at 7-ish, it was beautiful outside, except for the very strong wind that the Swiss call "Bise". But hey, I have an eBike!

While there's a lot going on in this photo, can I point out the mid-90s Italian racing shoes in their, then very a la mode, non-matching colours. I was young, folks.
No idea who to credit/ blame for the photo.
I was out with my Brompton today and visited Kastellholmen (59.3225, 18.0905). Stockholm has temperatures in the double Celsius digits. But there will be a throwback on Saturday, the day I will leave for my Easter Brompton trip. Trains will take me to Copenhagen and on to Hamburg. On Sunday, I will check out Berlin. On Monday, I plan to start bicycling to Leipzig.
For the first day of #30DaysOfBiking, “WE RIDE AT DAWN!” Literally, since we had a 7:30am conference at the teen’s school (nbd, just talking about classes for next year). Chilly start to the day. The photo where it looks like we’re driving thru a parking garage is actually a street that runs under a new building and thru a construction zone. Not exactly scenic but low-traffic and a handy shortcut. #BikeTooter

Das Ziel der WRRL ist, den bestmöglichen Zustand für Fließgewässer, Seen, Küstengewässer und Grundwasser bis 2027 zu erreichen.
Das ist einer meiner Lieblingsplätze hier in der Umgebung.

@OccasionalDucks I have a Cateye Quick that I rather like. Nothing fancy, and it has been pretty reliable for me.
The screen isn’t lit, so not great in the dark, but I can still see it.
It was a little fiddly to fit on my #brompton, as the handlebars are thinner; so I have a 3d-printed shim with a small piece of rubber.
