I am considering a project to built up a bicycle from a frame (just for the heck of it). MTB. My first question is relating to wheels: What should I be looking at/considering when either buying/scavenging/building a wheel for a mountain bike? (ideally I will be looking for salvage level stuff which I can fix... more for the experience. i.e. if I see a 26 inch wheel with no spokes and hub, should I try to build a wheel, etc.?)</p>
