This is Otto, the freckled leucistic axolotl, one of two axolotls (𝘈𝘮𝘣𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘢 𝘮𝘦𝘹𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘶𝘮) that are new to our local zoo:

Our local zoo just got a pair of #Axolotl and we went to see them (and all the other critters) today

It also happens to be International #Amigurumi Day

It was obvious what I had to do.

Mit einem Bildgenerator erstelltes quadratisches Bild. Es zeigt einen Stapel Zeitungen auf einem Holztisch. Auf der obersten Zeitung ist die Headline zu sehen:

Axolotl: «No migration means no evolution!»

Sie steht links neben dem Konterfei eines Axolotls, der sich mit einem Beinchen auf etwas Gelblichem abstützt, vielleicht einem Stein. Der Hintergrund ist maritim dunkelgrün. Der Axolotl schimmert grau-lila und hat kleine lila umrandete, etwas erhabene Augen. Der Kopf ist rund und hat vorn zwei weit voneinander entfernte kleine Nasenlöcher. Er hat je drei Kiemenäste seitlich hinter dem Kopf, die ebenfalls lila schimmern. Alle lila Zeichnungen wirken sehr leuchtend, neonartig. Das Grau wirkt dagegen zurückgenommen und eher dunkel, der Bauch schimmert heller und ist auf dem Bild nicht gut zu erkennen.

Perched atop the shoulder of the party's grizzled ranger was a creature that seemed to have emerged from the very depths of some fantastical bestiary.

The kitten's eyes you can’t see because he loves his food and are intent on gobbling it all down. Also because he knows I will not let him out of the study until he finishes.

It’s still the same black kitten Rĩx from Image 1, but from a slightly different angle. Yeah do you believe that? Not that I can’t decide which of the near identical photos I want to keep…

The kitten's ears and their distinctive tufts of fur are prominently visible. The kitten seems alert, with its ears perked up and forward-facing. The yellow and blue colors of the dish the kitten is sitting in contrast with its sleek black fur.

Mahlzeit allerseits,

welche Alternativen zu #Flare und #Axolotl gibt es, um einen #Signal Client als Hauptgerät auf #PostmarketOS zu betreiben? Flare wäre ja eigentlich schon nicht schlecht, aber ich kann offenbar keine anderen Geräte damit koppeln. Weder Signal Desktop, noch Flare.
