@BaFin mehr #Verbraucherinformationen und Hinweise auf existierende Optionen, sei es Basiskonto, Kontenvergleich oder Ermittlungen gegen bzw. / Untersagungen von Geschäften (Bspw. #Kryptowährung|s-Betrugsmaschen wie #WorldCoin!).

  • Klar will sich eine Regulierungsbehörde nicht immer in die Karten schaun lassen und muss auch sorgsam die Worte wählen, aber zumindest ne "#Pressemitteilung" o.ä. könnte auch hier gepostet werden.

Find's gut dass ihr bereits auf bekannte Betrugsmaschen hinweist, welche zwar nicht brandneu sind, aber die meisten #Verbraucher*innen sind auch nicht 24/7 damit konfrontiert.

  • Was aber vorallem fehlt ist mehr #Interaktion, denn das #Fediverse ist bidirektional und keine Einbahnstraße!

Wortlaut für *alle, die sich legal in Deutschland aufhalten* verfügbar, unabhängig des gegenwärtigen Aufenthaltsstatusses oder ob diese eine *"ladungsfähige Anschrift"* besitzen oder nicht. Natürlich bedeutet dies im Zweifelsfalle ne längere Bearbeitungszeit, aber i.d.R. ist das binnen 15 Werktagen durch. - Auch sind [mehr Dokumente zur Identifikation zugelassen](https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/zidpr_fv/BJNR618800016.html) ... #NotLegalAdvice aber wer angesichts der Entwicklung von der anderen Seite des Atlantiks rüber machen will, kommt damit *nachweislich* weiter... - Ich hoffe dass dies noch vielen weiteren Leuten hilft.

@cryptodon meanwhile @BaFin still refuses to even acknowledge my #eMails and Posts or to state anything re: #WorldCoin, which is a real #privacy violation at best if not a classic #Shitcoin #Scam.

Compared to their swift regulatory action against pro-#privacy [abeit illegal] #Bitcoin-#ATMs 1 2 3 💰 ❌ I can only assume this is politically motivated.
