John Refior<p>I think of David Cameron as the worst Prime Minister since Neville Chamberlain, and to my mind bringing about the Brexit referendum would be enough to place him there by itself. Brexit has been a disaster for Britain (and bad for the rest of the world too).</p><p>But I'm an American. (And not an expert on British history or politics.) What do Brits think of him?
