After all, we're talking about the company behind successes like Clippit and Cortana...
@ftranschel @thomasfuchs Again, different CEOs, different times. The current initiatives may succeed, or they may fail, but to say, “So-and-so who was in place X numbers ago said Y, so Y must be true today” is unfair (and certainly not insightful). The past is not a predictor of the future.
